Returns -
Liesel Love does take returns for a refund or exchange. A re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied to all fine jewelry returns. Items must be shipped back and received before refund is made. Returns must be notified within 7 days after tracking states delivered (exceptions are made during the holiday season). The customer is responsible for return shipping. Be sure to include any original packaging and invoices/receipts so that we can process your return. Please include your receipt or order number with your return package. All custom orders are non-returnable.
Customs -
All international orders are responsible for their own customs fee. Each country is different so please check fee rates before ordering.

If you feel that Liesel Love made your ring in the wrong size we will gladly size your ring to be the correct original size ordered. Please contact us immediately if you feel the wrong size was shipped.
In the event that you ordered an incorrect size, all of Liesel Love's rings can easily be sized by your local repair jeweler. This service is usually quite affordable and avoids the inconvenience of shipping the item, risking any mail related mishaps and wait time for the item to be returned. Your local repair jeweler will usually offer a same day service, so we advise all of our clients to seek out a local jeweler first.
If you do not wish to go to a local jeweler Liesel Love will happily size your ring for a $20 sizing fee. Please include your receipt or order number with your ring. Liesel Love only sizes our own ring designs. We do not size rings by other designers. If you have any questions, please feel free to convo us directly.
Repairs-
We will happily repair any fine jewelry free of charge up to 18 months after purchase.

In love with this ring! I was a little worried about ordering a wedding ring online, but was so jazzed about the design and supporting a small business and the restocking fee if you return is pretty low, so I took the chance. I'm so glad I did! Ring arrived within time frame they communicated. My only critique is I wish the rings fit together slightly better. They don't stay together quite as nicely when my fingers are smaller and they are a bit loose. I guess bc they're handmade the bands and the curved parts don't exactly match up. That said, it may just be a matter of getting them slightly resized. Also I love the rings so much that this is really just a minor gripe. Also I did go into the store that carries their pieces in BK. There is not a huge selection to try on, but the sales person was very helpful.

I'm so in love with my ring! I've never seen anything like it before, and I smile every time I look at my hand. The center stone changes in color depending on the light. Heidi quickly replied to all of my messages. I'll definitely be getting a second diamond band for it soon! Thank you so much!
